Clients: We take the time to understand your value proposition to the candidate. We pair that information with our knowledge of your competitive position in the industry and the true advantages your firm offers a candidate. We conduct a detailed interview(s) with the hiring management team before starting the search. The details NOT listed in the job description differentiate the perfect candidate from a satisfactory candidate. This process allows us to provide our clients with a small number of highly qualified candidates rapidly. Candidates: We have long standing relationships with our candidates. We are outbound recruiters so we are handpicking candidates for each and every role we fill. The specialized nature of our work allows us to invest time understanding not only our candidate's skills but also what drives their career decisions. They know that when we call, it is going to be a position that helps them to attain their career goals. It's not uncommon for us to know a candidate for years before actually presenting them to a client's role. We are only going to recommend moving forward to the interview process if we are confident that the client and the candidate are a very good fit for one another.
